Ingredients: bamboo stick & Certified Green charcoal, and essential oils

Directions: Hold the incense by the red end. Light the coated end away from the face and hair. Then gently blow out the flame. Never leave lit incense unattended. Keep out of reach from children. Not for ingestion.
