Up until this moment, ALL of the feedback I have EVER received about the D.1, the D.2 and the B.1 Laid dildos and plugs has been positive if not ecstatic.

Norwegian moonstone wand has been received and I would appreciate an exchange of product.
I understand these are made from natural materials and not everyone is likely the same. However, the one I received is very asymmetrical and I am not pleased with the way it looks.
I am curious if this is just an exception or are all of these items similarly mis shaped.
I would ideally like to exchange it for a more evenly balanced shape.
I just received this two days ago and looked it over. It has not been used in any way.

I am a people pleaser, so this situation is tough for me. But here's the truth.

They are all the same, made from the same template.
They are designed to be asymmetrical for pleasure.
They are meant to be used from either end.
And sexual health tools and toys can never, ever be returned once opened, regardless of the customer has used them or not.

If a product, any product, arrives broken, then I will replace it at my expense.
I will make an insurance claim, with your cooperation necessary, and send an unbroken replacement at my expense as soon as the insurer responds. Often, because of the nature of the products I sell and their packaging, only the shipping is refunded, if at all. But I still replace anything broken or defective at my expense.

If I suspect the item is defective, I may need it returned before I replace it so that I can follow up with the supplier.

If I sent the wrong item, that's on me, too.

If you changed your mind and want a different item,
and you can return the item unused,
and I can resell it,
I may be able to credit you for it and you can use the credit to buy something else from me.
BUT NEVER EVER FOR SEXUAL HEALTH AND HYGIENE PRODUCTS.
Opened tooth brush? Sorry, no.
Opened tube of contraceptive gel? Again, no.
Unsealed boxed dildo? No, never, not ever
and I hope you understand.
Because it's what you'd expect from any normal store.
I'm not Amazon, writing off a percentage of goods, and dumping all returns in the landfill.
I'm not a hardware store, taping up the box of the slightly used tent, whether it has all the poles and pegs or not, and reselling it.
