REFUNDS
In the event of an emergency or conflict, I will contact you to find another time and date that works for you. Consultation fees are only refunded in the rare event that I cancel the consultation.

Please ask me any questions you may have about what I offer, and about my training and expertise, before you book. That way, you'll find our consultation useful. If I can't help you, I'll be upfront and refer you to resources or professionals who can help.

TRANSFER TO ANOTHER DATE
In the unhappy event that you've preregistered for a consultation, but are unable to attend, I am able to transfer your prepayment to another date when you to give me 24 hours or more notice by email. Please give me as much notice as possible as I often am juggling a production schedule and helpers a week in advance.

Consultation fees are NON REFUNDABLE. Without a day's notice, the entire consultation fee is non-refundable. If you can't attend at the last minute, consider sending someone in your place and let me know before the consultation the name and email of the person who is coming. We may also arrange to meet by phone or online rather than in person.
