OVERVIEW
Burdock root is a vegetable that grows up to 4 feet tall with deep roots that have been used in holistic preparations for centuries, especially traditional Chinese medicine. It is considered to be contain antioxidants with antibacterial properties. It has been used as a digestive aid and to treat infections, inflammation and skin diseases.
