OVERVIEW
Yarrow is a plant from the aster family and is closely related to chamomile and chrysanthemums. It is a versatile herb used traditionally in promoting of digestion, fighting bacteria and viruses, relieving cramps and also hemorrhoids, and also stopping wounds from bleeding.
