WHEN: March 24 11 am to 5pm. Tracey's Workshop: 11a-12pm

What are my options if I can't take hormone altering contraception, or if I don't want the side effects? How do I avoid hormone-disrupting chemicals from condoms and sex toys? Tracey TieF, Certified Natural Health Practitioner, will introduce you to the FemCap, the Caya Diaphragm, Contragel Green and Caya Contraceptive Gel, and to natural, fair trade condoms lubricated with herbs! She'll also have on hand a variety of non-toxic menstrual products and sex toys made from wood, crystal, glass and even pleasure pottery!

Cultivate is a day for women-identified/non-binary to grow together. We want more. We want to change, and change is hard on our own. It will be a day of listening and moving. Classes are scheduled hourly with a break in between. Classes include menstrual health, intimacy talk, energy work, community accu-shiatsu, sound healing, motivational meditation, to name a few.

The day runs from 11-5 and a day pass is $70 plus HST and you can purchase on Pre-purchase to guarantee a ticket. 180 Shaw St at Artscape Youngplace. Bring your own Yoga Mat or Blanket.

Free Marketplace open to the public on the main floor and Lucky Penny cafe is also open for delicious snacks and beverages.

Teen and parent meditation class is also open to the public as our last class at 4 pm.
