Like the Non Toxic Living Workshop, but with added information and discussion of hormone disruptors and reproductive effects. Together we will look at The Diva Cup and other healthy alternatives to conventional pads and tampons. We'll also look at the Fem Cap cervical cap and Contragel natural spermicide jelly and discuss non hormonal environmentally friendly contraception if the group is interested.
