In follow-up to my May 29 2014 email to you, I had indicated that you cannot manufacture and distribute this product in Canada.

I want to clarify that in addition to manufacturing in Canada, you cannot manufacture & sell this product for export, unless you are using a Canadian registered technical source of active ingredient(s).

I checked your web site : http://www.anarreshealth.ca/node/131 and it indicates that ..."This product is available to clients outside of Canada only".

Please stop any further manufacture & distribution of this product in Canada and outside Canada , as none of the active ingredients in this product have been approved/registered for use in Canada.

As well, please remove all advertising (including testimonials) of this product from your website.

Please respond with your agreement to comply with these directives.

I have been warned that I am no longer allowed to sell this product in Canada unless I register it, which only big companies like SC Johnson can afford. I am told by Health Canada that the odds of my getting approval are like winning the lottery. "All products that are promoted, distributed or used to discourage or repel insects (mosquitos, etc) are called pest control products or pesticides by definition. The penalty for continued manufacture /distribution of an unregistered product is a minimum of $4,000.00."
