Reminders for Hyonotherapy Clients

* The positive effects of our suggestions unfold over the few weeks following a hypnotherapy session.

* If you've had a problem for some time as you have had, it can help to have a series of sessions space a week to a month apart to effect the changes in behaviour and feeling that we want.

* Practicing the self hypnosis upon going to sleep and upon waking is the most important thing you can do to feel powerful effects soonest.
