I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH!! It’s amazing that you are showing people how simple things can be. Two one-day workshops with you and I feel I’ve gone through a year’s course on herbs and Mother Nature’s playground.
I’ve simplified my life already when I go to the grocery store and really don’t buy anything packaged. I thought I was doing well, buying my household productions for body, face, hair at a health food store. In the back of my mind, I always felt those products had just jumped on the marketing bandwagon of selling too though. Yes, better ingredients but still is this cream really doing my skin good with all it’s “antioxidant” extra power claim.
Anyhow, I am simply amazed how you broke down to the simple core ingredients, showed us what we really need and taught us how to think, when we see something on the shelf…do we really need it? Yes, will I make these products at home, absolutely, I already have orders for the sun protection cream & incense sticks. But even if you are not a do-it-yourselfer, you taught us how to look at labels on the packages and find local and simple products that will do us good, not only to us, but the environment.
I consider myself a pretty “green” individual already, but you lifted me even further out of the “crap” around us. Your workshops are for anyone who wants to know what’s really good! Time & money well invested.
