Most important - Drink 2 to 3 litres of water or herbal tea a day!!!
Our bodies need 2 litres just to get by, or the kidneys have to recycle our urine! So 2 litres is a minimum amount and 3 litres is a cleansing amount.
I struggle with this myself, and find that filling 3 mason jars every day with tea or lemon water helps me drink enough.
Dehydration is THE most common cause of head ache.
Once we get 2 litres a day, we start to get thirsty again, a signal our body turns off when we are chronically dehydrated.
