Stop using any product or ingredient that is a carcinogen, tumour grower or suspected carcinogen. Conventional deodorants, antiperspirants and household cleaners come to mind. Beware especially of parabens, which cause breast tumour growth.
There are three terms of approach to healing the skin:
1. Systemic long term: boost immune system, boost nutrition, lower stress responses, drink 3 litres of water per day.
2. Routine daily: wash with real soap or plain cleanser, tone with flower waters and/or witch hazel, moisturize with jojoba, shea etc, use clean cosmetics
3. Emergency on the spot: treat outbreaks with lavender to kill microbes, chamomile for redness or inflammation, cypress for broken blood vessels, lemon for milia
