As it dries down it has an adherent texture that makes it great as a primer for under makeup. Works best with normal to combination skin and foundation types on its own. For dry skin, it is best to moisturize before use. For oily skin, use as a moisturizing pre-primer in combination with a matt-ifying primer with a matt foundation.
It has an SPF of 20+ which protects your skin against harmful rays, keeping your skin soft and looking rejuvenated and youthful.
Apply to clean skin.
