Subsequent follow-up guidance is approximately $60/hr. Follow-ups can consist of tweaking your remedies to better suit your needs and coming up with strategic plans for life style changes you might be struggling with. Your progress will be tracked to ensure optimal results.

Consultations can take place over skype, telephone, or in person at Anarres Apothecary. Essential oil blends, balms, creams, or herbal remedies can be shipped at an additional cost or picked up at Anarres.

***NOTE: the journey through hormone balancing is not a speedy one. It can take up to and sometimes beyond a year for full healing to take place, though significant shifts are typically noted sooner.
